To accelerate growth we are looking for experienced plumbing & heating professionals and motivated career changers who want to help us build the energy-efficient homes of tomorrow.

Job Description

• Install and commission air-to-water heat pumps for customers throughout Germany
• Ensure high-quality, safe installations that meet all technical standards
• Lead the on-site team, guide customers through commissioning and hand-over
• Act as the primary contact for colleagues and customers on site

Qualifications

• Relevant experience or commenced vocational training in heating construction
• Willingness to travel nationwide Monday–Friday for installation assignments
• Team player with leadership skills, clear communication and quality mindset
• Solution-oriented, reliable and attentive to detail
• Class B driving licence
