Shape change with us – join our technical maintenance team. As Maintenance Project Manager – Electrical Engineering (m/f/d) you will manage complex retrofit and maintenance projects and ensure our building services operate reliably, efficiently and sustainably.

Your mission

Project ownership: Plan, control and implement challenging electrical maintenance and retrofit projects – focusing on safety systems such as fire detection and emergency lighting.
Team leadership: Lead interdisciplinary project teams of internal departments, external contractors and authorities from first idea to successful completion.
Operational safety: Ensure legally compliant and economical operation of our technical installations with maximum availability.
Efficiency improvements: Develop measures to optimise energy efficiency, sustainability and cost-effectiveness including feasibility studies and decision papers.
Compliance: Observe relevant technical standards and regulations (DIN VDE 0100, 0105, 0108, 0833, DIN 14765, VdS guidelines, DGUV V3 etc.) and ensure their implementation.

Your profile

Successfully completed degree (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) in electrical engineering or comparable qualification.
Solid experience in planning and executing construction projects, preferably in live operating environments.
Understanding of economic, technical and legal aspects of facility management and sound knowledge of energy, measurement, control, automation and lighting technology.
Structured, self-reliant and solution-oriented working style.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
