Responsibilities

• Strategic Consultancy: Analyze prospect requirements together with Sales; translate customer goals into compelling EcoVadis solution scenarios.
• Deal Support: Drive annual recurring revenue (ARR) by guiding key opportunities, answering complex technical questions, and leading technical RFI/RFP responses.
• Solution Excellence: Design and deliver high-impact product demonstrations and presentations for C-level stakeholders.
• Subject-Matter Leadership: Regional expertise in sustainability regulation, supply-chain and ESG trends, and competitive landscape.
• Best-Practice Sharing: KPI-based reporting and continuous optimisation with the Field Expert team.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide market-trend feedback to influence future product strategy.
• Performance & Enablement: Track engagement KPIs via Salesforce and continuous knowledge exchange within the Sales Engineering team.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in SaaS sales, pre-sales or technical sustainability roles.
• Deep knowledge of sustainable procurement, supply chains, ESG trends and global regulation.
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills in English; ability to simplify complex technical content for executives.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and high-growth environments.
• Bachelor’s degree; consultative mindset, quick learner, highly self-motivated.
