Sales Manager (m/f/d) for Intelligent Energy Systems

We do not treat photovoltaics, storage, heat pumps and e-mobility as isolated units; instead we control them as one intelligent, integrated system within our virtual power plant, connected directly to the electricity market – in real time, fully automated. This lets us use energy when it is renewable and cheapest. By 2030 we aim to switch 1.5 million households to renewable energy.

Your responsibilities

• Advise and sell our complete portfolio – PV, battery storage, heat pumps, wallboxes and energy-management system “Heartbeat” – to single-family homeowners and small commercial clients.
• Independently schedule and structure customer appointments, consultations and offers.
• Work with pre-qualified leads provided by the 1KOMMA5° group – you talk to interested customers every day.
• Guide clients from first contact to contract signature and smooth hand-over to project coordination and site management.
• Actively shape local sales processes.

What you bring

• Strong motivation to start or advance a sales career, or proven experience selling complex products to private customers, ideally in PV or heat pumps.
• Excellent communication skills, empathy and openness – you explain complex topics transparently and individually.
• Sound technical understanding and the desire to keep developing in a dynamic industry.
• Very good written and spoken German.
