Retail Management Apprenticeship – Weinheim 2026

During your 3-year retail management apprenticeship at Denns BioMarkt you will rotate through every department of the store. You will learn how to present organic produce, advise customers on natural foods, handle checkout processes, manage orders and run marketing campaigns. Expect hands-on work in fresh produce, cheese, bakery and bistro counters as well as in the back office.

Your tasks:

• attractive presentation of our organic food range
• expert, friendly customer advice on natural products
• checkout operations and reconciliation
• implementing promotional activities
• ordering, receiving, checking and storing goods
• supporting sales campaigns and seasonal displays

What you bring:

• strong school record, ideally intermediate leaving certificate
• enjoy dealing with people and excellent manners
• strong team spirit, commitment and sense of responsibility
• interest in organic and natural products
