Your responsibilities

• Independent site management of heat-pump projects in plumbing & heating, focusing on single- and multi-family homes
• Organising and coordinating our subcontractors on site—from installation to final acceptance
• Ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget and to quality standards
• Monitoring and controlling regional construction sites with occasional national deployments
• Technical alignment with planning, sales and customers
• Recording site progress and reporting to the “engine room”

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in plumbing & heating with master craftsman certificate or equivalent
• Several years’ experience as a construction manager, ideally with heat pumps
• Strong organisational and communication skills plus structured working style
• Proven experience coordinating external service providers
• Willingness to travel within the region and occasionally beyond
• Class B driving licence
