Your responsibilities

• Independently carry out heat-pump replacement installations (air-to-water) for private customers in the Rhein/Main region
• Use a fully equipped van – together with a mechanic or trainee
• Coordinate with planning, logistics and customer service for smooth workflows
• Actively contribute to continuous process optimization and digitalization of installation

What you bring

• Completed vocational training as HVAC technician with focus on heating technology, or comparable professional experience
• Professional experience in heating installation, ideally already with heat pumps
• Strong customer orientation and quality awareness
• Team spirit and comfort with digital tools
