HR IT Project Manager (f/m/d)

Workload: 80–100 %

Join our HR Technology & Transformation team and help drive HR digitisation. Together we design and implement new systems for HR master data, payroll and time management. Your blend of HR expertise and technical know-how makes you a key player.

Your responsibilities

• End-to-end project management: effort estimation, planning, resource & budget control, risk tracking, status reporting
• Requirements management: workshops with HR functions, user stories, technical specifications, process optimisation
• Solution design: co-develop tailor-made IT solutions with developers and partners
• Change management: communication plans, training, measure and ensure user adoption
• Quality & testing: test strategy, test cases, UAT co-ordination, defect management
• 3rd-party management: SPOC for external suppliers, contract and budget control

Your profile

• 5+ years' experience in HR-IT project management (SAP SF, SAP Payroll, Time & Attendance preferred)
• Strong understanding of HR processes (payroll, time, performance, workforce administration)
• Solid PM methods (hybrid, classic, agile), certification (PMP / IPMA / Scrum) welcome
• Analytical & conceptual strength, high service orientation
• Excellent communication skills in German and English; additional national language a plus
