Senior Manager O&M / Aftersales

1KOMMA5° Commercial & Industrial Solutions helps commercial and industrial customers throughout Germany achieve carbon neutrality with innovative New-Energy systems for photovoltaics, battery storage, EV charging and energy management. To strengthen our team in Munich we are looking for a Senior Manager O&M / Aftersales who will set up service and asset operation as a profitable business unit from day one.

Your responsibilities

• Develop a holistic O&M and after-sales strategy, efficient processes and scalable structures; establish the unit as a profit centre
• Design and price attractive service-level agreements and O&M contracts
• Define a structured hand-over process from project completion to operations to ensure a smooth transition and superior customer experience
• Manage internal teams and external service providers and build a reliable nationwide partner network
• Create a central after-sales organisation that handles all post-commissioning technical and commercial requests
• Select and implement monitoring software and ticketing solutions to digitalise and make service processes transparent

Your profile

• Several years of experience in PV, battery storage or EV-charging, ideally in plant operation, technical service or asset management
• Degree in (industrial) engineering, renewable energy or comparable technical education combined with commercial acumen
• Quick grasp of complex technical systems, high willingness to learn; solid electrical knowledge is an advantage
• Strong business sense, technical interest and focus on customer satisfaction
• Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for building structures from scratch and actively shaping company growth
• Confident communication with technical teams, partners and investors
