Retail Management Traineeship – Organic Supermarket (2026, Landshut)

During this three-and-a-half-year traineeship at Denns BioMarkt you will discover every aspect of organic retail: from product presentation and customer advice to ordering, receipt and storage, as well as cashiering, marketing campaigns and promotional activities. You will work actively in produce, cheese and bakery counters, the bistro and back office, becoming a specialist in sustainable food.

Your tasks:

• Labelling and attractive presentation of organic food
• Advising customers on products, origin and sustainability
• Cashiering and cash reconciliation
• Implementing marketing and seasonal promotions
• Ordering, goods receiving, quality control and storage
