Quality Engineer – Process Control

Work location: No. 299 Tianning Road, Minhang District, Shanghai

Tasks & Responsibility

• Handle quality issues during manufacturing, perform root-cause analysis, define and validate preventive actions.
• Identify critical quality characteristics and control points, create quality control plans, continuously optimize and update FMEA to ensure stable processes.
• Lead investigations on quality incidents and exceptions; conduct focused quality trainings.
• Participate in new product/process introduction and compile related quality planning documents.
• Cooperate closely with SQE to qualify and support external assembly suppliers.
• Support collection of non-conformance costs, customer complaint handling and supplier claims.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, ≥3 years process-quality experience; GIS background preferred.
• Major in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or electrical engineering preferred.
• Proven shop-floor quality management experience; able to read mechanical drawings.
• Strong organization and communication skills in Chinese and English.
• Result-oriented, capable of driving continuous improvement and working independently.
• Experience in digital quality projects is a plus.
