Job Description

• Initiate and own strategic and operational projects, driving them proactively from start to finish.
• Act as a sparring partner for the C-level on strategic and operational decisions.
• Organise senior-management meetings: prepare agendas, decision papers, action items and follow-up.
• Build new projects and business ventures (zero-to-one) together with the C-level.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality.
• Strong planning and prioritisation skills (80/20 focus).
• Excellent organisational and independent structuring abilities.
• Highly analytical; able to break down complexity and communicate top-down.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• 1–2 years of experience in fast-paced, demanding environments (e.g. consulting, investment banking, high-growth start-up, VC).
