Internship Procurement Excellence

Workload: 60–100 % | Duration: 3–6 months

Join Axpo’s Procurement Excellence team and support the migration of supplier contracts into our new system while maintaining master data. Work closely with business units and IT to gain hands-on experience in contract and procurement management.

Your responsibilities

• Validate, prepare and mass-upload contract data into the new system
• Manually enter individual contracts and extract relevant information
• Create and maintain new supplier records in Ariba
• Close legacy contracts with new SAP numbers
• Liaise with business stakeholders and IT

Your profile

• Currently studying law, business or supply-chain management
• Basic understanding of procurement and commercial processes
• Foundational knowledge of contracts and contract management
• Strong Excel skills, structured and reliable working style
• Very good German and English (min. B2)
