Specialist Switching Processes & Market Communication (m/f/d)

Join us as a Specialist for Market Communication (m/f/d) to revolutionize the energy market and drive the green energy transition.

Your responsibilities

• Process and monitor all supplier switching procedures in accordance with GPKE and GeLi Gas
• Manage electronic data exchange between market partners
• Resolve billing issues with market partners
• Act as first point of contact for market partners via e-mail and phone
• Support energy forecasting for balance-responsible parties
• Identify system and process errors and develop improvement solutions
• Work closely with customer service and development teams to continuously optimize processes

Your profile

• At least 1 year of experience in the energy market
• Passion for technology and analytical problem-solving
• Willingness to challenge and improve existing processes
• Excellent German skills; English is a plus
• Solution-oriented, independent and decisive mindset
• Customer service experience is advantageous
• Completed vocational training or degree in energy-related field (e.g. energy business specialist) preferred
