Daily Relief / Shift Supervisor (m/f/d) – Hamburg-Scharbeutzer Straße

As shift supervisor you are a valuable support and take over market responsibility in the absence of the deputy store manager or store manager.

Your tasks

• Advising our customers and selling high-quality organic products
• Supporting the store management in daily tasks and ensuring the flow of goods
• Acting cooperatively and appropriately to the situation with understanding and empathy

Your profile

• Completed training as a retail clerk (m/f/d), salesperson (m/f/d) or comparable experience
• Career changers (m/f/d) from gastronomy or hotel industry with leadership experience welcome
• High level of initiative, sense of responsibility and careful working style
• Sales-oriented mindset
