Head of Department Development and Controlling (m/f/d)

The transformation of energy consumption in industry and mobility is crucial for a successful energy transition. Energy efficiency is the key to cost-effective climate protection and sustainability across all sectors. The business unit Industry, Mobility, Energy Efficiency (IME) with around 100 employees addresses this challenge in three work areas. We are looking for a Head of Department Development and Controlling (m/f/d) to support the department head and area managers strategically and operationally.

• Further development and control of standards, KPIs and processes (forecast, budget planning, workforce planning, onboarding and development)
• Knowledge management, reporting, quality assurance
• Conception, organisation and documentation of cross-departmental workshops and meetings
• Implementation, maintenance and further development of software tools within the department
• Close collaboration with managers, project teams and other coordinating teams at dena

The position is available part-time or full-time, initially fixed-term for two years with the option of permanent employment.

• University degree (Master/Diploma) in natural, social, economic, legal or communication sciences
• Several years of experience in administering projects and/or business units
• Strong numerical skills and high affinity for Excel
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, strategic and quality-oriented mindset
• Self-reliant, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Proficient in MS Office and common software applications
• Very good written and spoken German
