IT Specialist for System Integration Trainee (m/f/d) – Corporate IT / Climate Action

As a trainee IT Specialist for System Integration you will join ClimatePartner’s Corporate IT team and help design, operate and evolve our IT infrastructure.

Your tasks

• Install and configure Windows and Apple endpoints
• Provide first-level troubleshooting and ticket support for colleagues
• Manage user onboarding and offboarding processes
• Assist in small IT projects and maintain project documentation
• Administer and improve our cloud-based (SaaS) working environment
• Complete departmental rotations (e.g. Customer Management, Software Development)

Your profile

• Secondary school leaving certificate or higher
• Strong interest in IT technology; first experience with Windows/Apple systems is a plus
• Confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Analytical mindset, self-initiative and quick comprehension
• Good communication skills in German and English
