Project Manager – Service for Large Gas & Steam Turbines

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

You will independently plan, manage and successfully complete maintenance, repair and upgrade campaigns for large gas and steam turbines, ensuring full compliance with contractual obligations and Siemens Energy standards.

Acting as the central point of contact, you coordinate resources, subcontractors, schedules, risks, claims as well as EHS and quality requirements. Close cooperation with internal teams, customers and suppliers guarantees smooth processes and the highest customer satisfaction.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans (WBS, schedule, cost, risk, procurement and resource planning)
• Lead project kick-offs, review meetings and weekly on-site discussions during outage phases
• Select and manage subcontractors; ensure EHS and quality compliance
• Proactive claim management, identification of additional service business during project execution
• Secure milestones PAC, TOC and FAC; build long-term customer relationships
• Prepare and negotiate customer offers and support contract design

What You Bring

• Degree in mechanical engineering with 3–5 years of project experience in the power plant or energy sector
• IPMA Level C/D certification welcome
• Willingness to travel frequently and work longer on-site assignments
• Strong negotiation, leadership and communication skills; high degree of initiative and results orientation
• Fluent English; proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
