Retail Management Apprentice (m/f/d) - Mainz (2026)

During your 3-year retail management apprenticeship at Denns BioMarkt you will learn every commercial process and product area – from accounting to fruit & veg. You present organic foods attractively, advise customers competently, operate the checkout, organise ordering and receiving goods, and work actively at the cheese, bakery and bistro counters. Together with the team you plan promotions and seasonal placements to ensure smooth store operations.

Your tasks:

• Appealing merchandising of organic product ranges
• Customer advice on organic and natural products
• Cashier duties and cash reconciliation
• Implementing marketing activities
• Ordering, receiving, checking and storing goods
• Planning sales promotions and seasonal displays

• At least intermediate school-leaving certificate with good grades
• Enjoy dealing with people and strong customer focus
