Working hours: 37.5 h/week
Holiday: 36 days/year

Minimum training allowance (gross/month):

• Year 1: EUR 1,190
• Year 2: EUR 1,290
• Year 3: EUR 1,420 (retail merchant apprentices only)
• Christmas & holiday bonus from year 1

What you will experience

• Comprehensive product & organic expertise
• Hands-on experience on organic farms or in production sites
• Creative theatre workshop “Cultural Adventure”
• Core retail tasks: merchandising, freshness checks, checkout, customer advice
• Store management: ordering, inventory, marketing, staff scheduling
