Director Finance (m/f/d)

To take our company to the next level and steer upcoming investments optimally, we are looking for an experienced Director Finance (m/f/d).

Your mission:
You will shape a finance strategy that unites growth and the common good. Numbers are your compass for impact – you deliver stability with purpose and maximise the social impact of every resource invested.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead and develop an 8-member controlling and accounting team
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts and financial models
• Ensure healthy liquidity and optimise working capital
• Build a KPI framework and provide regular reports to management
• Structure and optimise finance and controlling processes
• Develop financial plans for investments and expansion
• Work closely with Sales, Operations and HR
• Ensure compliance and effective risk management

What you bring:

• Degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration or equivalent qualification
• Several years of leadership experience in finance and controlling
• Track record in building finance structures in growth phases
• Strong expertise in financial accounting, controlling, budgeting and cash-flow planning
• Analytical mindset and affinity for numbers
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
• Strategic thinking and excellent communication skills
• Fluent German and English
