Your mission

• Monitor and analyse our sales funnels across all locations
• Identify bottlenecks and derive concrete action items
• Daily KPI tracking (show rate, conversion, capacity, utilisation)
• Support forecasting & performance optimisation
• Build and maintain a knowledge base for transparent sales insights
• Collaborate closely with team leads, sales VPs and the CSO to improve processes continuously
• Implement sales-automation projects

Your profile

• 2+ years in sales operations or similar role in high-growth companies
• Degree in business, data science or comparable field
• High learning appetite and intrinsic motivation
• Hands-on mentality with a drive to shape processes actively
• Proficient with analytics tools, ideally experience with Snowflake
• Willingness to travel (≈ 1 site visit per month)
• Interest in B2C sales mechanics
• Fluent German (written and spoken)
