Role

• Crunch operational KPIs, challenge processes and build pragmatic solutions directly in the business—not from an ivory tower.
• Act as the key interface to our sales stakeholders, turning chaos into clarity.
• Support forecasting and continuous sales-performance optimisation.
• Lead projects that automate and scale our sales processes.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations or a similar role in a high-growth company.
• Native-level German plus business-fluent English; you confidently persuade stakeholders at every level.
• University degree in Business, Information Systems or a related field preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and a passion for large data sets; SQL, Tableau or Looker experience is a plus.
• Hands-on mentality: you spot problems and fix them yourself.
• Strong communication and influencing skills in a cross-functional environment.
