Field Sales Representative (m/f/d) Berlin

Since the 1990s we have pioneered the post-milk generation and today our oat drinks lead the plant-based market. Operating from our Berlin hub we coordinate all DACH and Poland activities – and we are looking for support.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maximise Oatly visibility in Berlin grocery stores
• Execute shelf management, secondary placements, POS material and unpacking of products
• Visit your territory regularly and maintain close contact with store staff
• Identify assortment gaps and push for immediate re-orders
• Record all activities accurately in our CRM system

YOUR PROFILE

• Excellent communication skills and a convincing, likeable personality
• High self-motivation; you love inspiring people
• Experience in grocery retail is a plus but not mandatory
• Strong self-organisation and time-management skills
• Sound computer literacy (MS Office, CRM) and category B driving licence
• Resident in Berlin or surrounding area

Company car (private use allowed), hotel accommodation for longer trips and a caring environment with sport, mobility and future-oriented benefits complete the package. Optional: 36-hour week Mon–Thu with salary adjustment, 30 days holiday plus Christmas/New Year off.
