Sales Manager (m/f/d) for Intelligent Energy Systems – 1KOMMA5° Paderborn

At 1KOMMA5° we develop Heartbeat – Europe’s leading energy-software platform. It links PV systems, battery storage, heat pumps and wallboxes into a virtual power plant. Home-owners and small commercial clients receive everything from a single source: consultation, planning, installation and digital control – for climate-neutral living, heating and e-mobility.

As Sales Manager (m/f/d) you will independently:

• Sell our integrated portfolio of PV, storage, heat pump, wallbox and energy-management software “Heartbeat” to residential and small-business customers
• Schedule and perform customer visits, needs analyses and quotation preparation
• Work pre-qualified leads supplied by the 1KOMMA5° group – focus on high-quality advice and closing
• Support clients from first contact through contract signing and hand-over to project coordination and site management
• Continuously improve our sales processes with your ideas

Your profile:

• First sales experience or strong motivation to start in direct sales; background in technical/renewable products (PV/heat pumps) advantageous
• Strong communication and empathy, customer-first mindset
• Good technical understanding and ability to explain complex systems in simple terms
• Eagerness to learn and enthusiasm for sustainable energy solutions
• Business-fluent German, written and spoken
