Our growing, highly qualified team currently manages 2 GW of solar parks across Europe and Australia with tailored IT solutions.

To strengthen our team in Germany we are looking for an immediate appointment of a

Solar Asset Manager | Technical Operations Manager (all genders), full-time

Your responsibilities

• Ensure safe, economic operation and full contract compliance of assigned PV sites
• First point of contact for all technical-operational customer enquiries
• Plan, prioritise and coordinate maintenance and repair campaigns with field teams and subcontractors
• Keep digital ticketing systems updated with site activities and reports
• Identify and drive upselling projects: certifications, retrofits, performance improvements
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of O&M processes and concepts

Your profile

• Technical education or degree, preferably in electrical engineering
• Professional experience in the solar sector or other renewable energies
• Strong customer focus, cost awareness and hands-on mentality
• Self-driven, structured and result-oriented working style
• Confident communication skills and team spirit
• Business-fluent German; good English skills advantageous
