Store Management Trainee (m/w/d) - Berlin

Your responsibilities

During our 12-month trainee programme we will fully prepare you to head a Denns organic supermarket – your first management role.

As a future store manager you will be involved in daily operations, close to customers and products. You live organic, contribute your own ideas and move your store forward.

12-month trainee programme

• 4 months as deputy manager
• 4 months as acting manager
• 4 months training as store manager (m/f/d)

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as retail merchant (m/f/d) or comparable commercial education
• At least two years of relevant professional experience, preferably in retail and first leadership experience
• Commitment, willingness to take responsibility and strong team spirit
• Openness to new ideas and interest in organic and natural products
• Goal-oriented personality with willingness to take on managerial duties
