IT Specialist Apprenticeship for Digital Networking

IT Specialists for Digital Networking connect complex IT systems and ensure their secure operation. During your three-year apprenticeship you will become the interface between IT infrastructure and IT operations, developing solutions that enable reliable communication between local and cloud systems. You will plan, configure and secure networked systems while protecting them against outages and cyberattacks.

Your responsibilities:

• Build and manage networked IT systems
• Integrate local and cloud-based solutions
• Implement security measures against cyber threats
• Optimize system communication
• Collaborate with all departments

Your profile:

• Completion of university entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife or Abitur)
• Strong analytical and logical skills
• Interest in mathematics and IT technologies
• Team player with good communication skills

Duration: 3 years
Training locations: SMA Solar Technology AG, Niestetal; Oskar-von-Miller-Schule, Kassel; state vocational school Dillenburg from the second year
