Retail Management Apprenticeship (m/f/d) – Aachen (2026)

During your 3-year retail management apprenticeship at Denns BioMarkt you will explore every area of the store – from goods-in and warehousing to check-out, customer service, bakery & cheese counters, bistro and back office. You will present organic produce attractively, advise customers knowledgeably on organic and natural products, handle orders and support marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions.

Your tasks:

• Appealing presentation and placement of fresh organic goods
• Competent, friendly customer advice on organic and natural products
• Operating the till and timely cash reconciliation
• Receiving, quality-checking and storing deliveries
• Assisting with promotions, sales campaigns and seasonal displays

What you bring:

• At least intermediate school-leaving certificate with good grades
• Enjoy dealing with people and strong service orientation
• Team spirit, commitment and sense of responsibility
• Interest in organic products and sustainable lifestyle
