Apprenticeship as Retail Salesperson – Organic Market Kronach (2026)

During your three-year apprenticeship as a Retail Salesperson at Denns BioMarkt you will learn every area of the store – from goods receipt and presentation to expert customer advice, cashier duties and back-office tasks. You will gain in-depth knowledge of organic foods, seasonal campaigns and sustainable assortment management and take on your own responsibilities at the cheese, bakery and bistro counters.

Your tasks

• Attractively presenting our high-quality organic foods
• Providing comprehensive, friendly customer advice
• Cashiering and balancing
• Organising orders, deliveries, quality checks and storage
• Supporting promotional activities, sales campaigns and seasonal placements

Your profile

• At least intermediate school-leaving certificate with good grades
• Enjoy dealing with people, excellent manners and strong team spirit
• Commitment, reliability and genuine interest in organic and natural products
