Your tasks

• Co-design and continuous improvement of group-wide accounting together with the VP Accounting and the team
• Independent bookkeeping support for our partners in all accounting matters
• Timely recording and processing of daily business including accounts payable, receivable, bank and accrual postings
• Checking incoming invoices and monitoring payment transactions
• Preparation of monthly closings and assistance with quarterly and annual financial statements incl. target-actual comparisons and analyses

Your profile

• Successfully completed commercial training with relevant professional experience, ideally as a tax clerk or balance-sheet accountant
• Solid knowledge of financial accounting and, if applicable, payroll accounting
• Very good skills in DATEV and MS Excel
• Precise, structured and self-reliant way of working with enthusiasm for digitizing processes
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
