NDT X-Ray Shooter – Quality Inspector (Night Shift)

A snapshot of your day

You will perform radiographic inspections on castings, maintain the X-ray equipment and keep colleagues safe from radiation. Following work instructions, you position parts, select exposure parameters and judge image quality. Your workplace is the Siemens Energy facility in Gibsonton, Florida.

• Identify and report safety risks and near misses.
• Review work instructions to ensure correct processes, tools and methods are used.
• Verify finished parts for dimensional and quality compliance and forward them to the next station.
• Secure continuous process improvement and identify optimization potential.
• Communicate closely with supervisors, inspectors and operators.
• Remain flexible for cross-training in related areas.

What you bring

• Completed vocational training or High-School diploma/GED.
• Basic math skills and metric-system knowledge; technical understanding of industrial machinery.
• Ability to read and follow engineering instructions; X-ray machine experience is a plus.
• Legal authorization to work in the USA without employer sponsorship.
• Willingness to apply for an export licence; work with export-controlled technology under US law.
