Site Manager Installation (Delburn Wind Farm)

Vestas is recruiting a Site Installation Manager for the SEC Delburn Wind Farm in Victoria. You will coordinate wind-turbine installation, lead a team of supervisors and ensure schedule, quality and safety targets are met.

Responsibilities

• Implement Vestas HSE standards and safe behaviours on site
• Lead, coach and develop the installation team
• Material & tool planning for WTG components
• Align installation sequence with Construction Manager
• Quality control and NCR management
• Daily progress reports, risk analysis and schedule tracking
• Direct subcontractors and labour

Qualifications

• min. 5 years wind-industry experience, extensive field exposure
• Proven safety & quality management skills
• Advanced MS Office & MS Project user
• Valid driver’s licence, passport and travel availability
