Apprenticeship Retail Sales Assistant (m/f/d) – Bielefeld (2026)

During the three-year apprenticeship as Retail Sales Assistant (m/f/d) you will discover every area of our organic store: from ordering and merchandising to customer advice and checkout. You will work on the sales floor, in the back office, at the cheese and bakery counters and in the bistro, and actively support promotional and seasonal campaigns.

Your tasks:

• Appealing presentation of our premium organic food
• Competent and friendly customer service
• Cashier duties and cash balancing
• Implementation of promotional activities
• Ordering, receiving, checking and storing goods
• Assisting with sales promotions and seasonal displays

What you bring:

• Good school results, ideally a secondary-school certificate
• Enjoy dealing with people and excellent manners
• Team spirit, commitment and a sense of responsibility
• Interest in organic and natural products
