Operations Data Analyst

What you will do

• Build dashboards and ad-hoc analyses for Operations using the company datalake
• Derive reliable data insights to guide strategic decisions
• Develop automated reports with modern BI tools and tech stack
• Create machine-learning models and policies for complex decisions
• Proactively identify new improvement areas
• Communicate complex analytical concepts clearly

Requirements

• Curious and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to prioritise in a fast-changing environment
• Previous experience in a data analyst role
• Strong English proficiency
• Intermediate Python skills
• Knowledge of statistics and testing techniques
• Experience with BI software (Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, etc.)
• Excellent SQL knowledge
• ETL pipeline building and Data Lake maintenance
• DBT knowledge is a plus
