Sales Manager (f/m/d) for Intelligent Energy Systems

1KOMMA5° develops Heartbeat – Europe’s leading energy-software platform that links PV systems, battery storage, heat pumps and wallboxes into a virtual power plant. As a one-stop shop we provide households and SMEs with consulting, planning, installation and digital control for carbon-neutral living, heating and charging.

Your responsibilities

• End-to-end sales of PV, batteries, heat pumps, wallboxes and „Heartbeat“ EMS to single-family homes and small businesses in the Regensburg area.
• Self-managed scheduling of customer visits, consultations and quotations.
• Work with pre-qualified leads supplied by the 1KOMMA5° group, focusing on consultative selling and closing.
• Guide customers from first contact to contract signing and hand over to project coordination for smooth execution.
• Continuously improve local sales processes with your ideas.

Your profile

• First sales experience or strong motivation to enter technical sales; background in PV or heat pumps welcome.
• Excellent communication and empathy with a talent for explaining complex topics simply.
• Solid technical understanding and fluent German (written & spoken) at business level.
• Passion for sustainable energy solutions and personal development.
