Responsibilities

Review supplier documentation, perform quality control and track document progress; review project schedule and client contract.
Support construction and commissioning, select piping materials and prepare quantity take-offs (e.g. BoQ preparation).
Create new piping classes and maintain existing ones; select materials per process requirements; develop standard documents (work instructions).
Prepare technical specifications for piping materials and supports; support detail engineering; perform strength calculations and define support criteria.
Manage suppliers throughout the entire project, including review of all supplier documentation.

Strong product and system knowledge: piping materials, codes (ASME/EN), prefabrication, cleaning, erection, quality assurance and pressure testing.
Minimum 7 years of experience in piping design for heavy-industry plants, power plants or oil & gas facilities.
Proficiency in 3D design and CAE tools (e.g. COMOS) and 3D viewers (e.g. Navisworks).
Fluent English; German advantageous.
Strong problem-solving, communication and coordination skills.
