(Senior) Salesforce Product Manager (f/m/x)

Your Role

You will own a "Domain" (e.g., Customer Acquisition) from both a product and platform perspective and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional tech and product teams. You will advise, support and challenge business and operations to craft future-proof solutions—inside or beyond Salesforce.

• Primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related questions in your domain
• Write clear, concise user stories
• Document and continuously improve business processes
• Prioritize the domain backlog together with engineering management
• Ensure solid governance (governor limits, best practices, change control)
• Present releases and deliver training to executives and end-users

Qualifications

• Architect mindset with sound knowledge of relational databases
• Proven experience in agile environments and comfort with ambiguity
• Strong analytical, process-oriented problem-solving skills
• Salesforce Administrator, Solution Architect or Consultant certification preferred
• Project-management certification or equivalent experience a plus
• University degree or comparable professional experience
