Working hours: 37.5 h/week (full-time)
Holiday: 36 days/year

Training allowance (monthly gross, minimum):

• Year 1: €1,290
• Year 2: €1,420
• From year 3: regular employee salary
• Christmas and holiday bonus from year 1

4 IHK qualifications in 3 years

• 2-year apprenticeship as Retail Clerk (min. A-levels/Fachabitur)
  • Theatre workshop „Adventure Culture“
  • Practical experience on organic farm or production site
  • In-depth knowledge of organic products & Alnatura range
  • Sales: shelf-stocking, freshness checks, checkout, advice
  • Store management: ordering, inventory, campaigns, rota planning
• 1-year further training as Retail Management Specialist
  • Early leadership responsibility
• Additional certificate „Organic Food Retail“ (year 3)
• Trainer aptitude AEVO (year 3)
