Looking for an alternative to university, passionate about organic food and sustainability and keen to join an open-minded team? Start our three-year post-school apprenticeship as a Retail Management Assistant (IHK) followed by advanced training as a Retail Management Specialist (IHK) in our Nürtingen store.

Training site: Nürtingen, Eichendorffstr. 51
Working hours: 37.5 h/week (full-time)
Holidays: 36 days/year
Salary: varies by federal state, minimum

• Year 1: €1,290 gross/month
• Year 2: €1,420 gross/month
• from Year 3: regular employee salary
• Christmas and holiday bonus from year 1

4 IHK qualifications in 3 years

1. 2 years – Retail Management Assistant (min. A-level equivalent)
   • „Adventure Culture“ theatre workshop
   • Hands-on experience on organic farm or production site
   • In-depth organic & product range expertise
   • Sales: merchandising, freshness checks, checkout, advice
   • Store management: ordering, inventory, marketing, staff planning
2. 1 year – Retail Management Specialist
   • Early leadership responsibility
3. Additional certificate „Organic Retail Specialist“
4. Trainer aptitude certificate (AEVO)
