Graduate Training Programme (m/f/d) – Rhine-Main-Neckar Region

From September 2025 we are looking for motivated high-school graduates (m/f/d) for our three-year graduate training programme.

Your training at a glance:

• Year 1: Vocational training as Retail Sales Assistant
• Year 2–3: Advanced training to become Certified Retail Specialist
• Parallel completion of trainer aptitude examination

Theory and practical phases alternate every 2–3 months, preparing you optimally for a management position in the organic retail sector.

What you bring:

• High-school diploma (Abitur) with good grades
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills
• Team spirit, commitment and sense of responsibility
• Openness to new ideas and sustainable food topics

Your perspective:

After successful completion you will take on first leadership responsibilities within the Biomarkt group.
