Your responsibilities

  • Identify prospective partners in your territory and build strong, revenue-generating relationships with public-sector officials and private-sector leaders
  • Own the full sales cycle strategically and operationally across your region
  • Create data-driven business cases and demonstrate the value of the Via platform
  • Advise prospects on developing regional transit plans and securing funding sources
  • Represent Via as the “face of the company” through local marketing campaigns, conference presentations, and thought leadership in mobility

Your profile

  • Minimum 4 years of successful client-facing experience in sales, business development, consulting, or similar
  • Strong consulting mindset and ability to craft compelling data-based narratives
  • Excellent analytical and methodical research skills, enjoying complex challenges
  • Persuasive communicator in writing and speaking
  • High commercial negotiation intuition and sound judgment
  • Self-driven, motivated, growth-oriented personality thriving in fast-paced environments
  • True team player

Compensation and benefits

  • Base salary: USD 85,000 – 110,000 per year; variable and equity components possible
  • Comprehensive benefits including free medical insurance and 401K matching
