Accounts Payable / Receivable Analyst

End-to-end ownership of timely and accurate invoice processing, payment and collection activities within Vestas’ global Shared Service Centre.

Responsibilities

Accounts Payable Analyst:

• Verify and post supplier invoices according to defined controls
• Investigate and clear parked invoices; provide supporting reports for Controllers
• Perform vendor and GR/IR reconciliations, analyse and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and execute payment runs
• Process employee travel and expense claims

Accounts Receivable Analyst:

• Generate and release customer invoices
• Apply incoming cash and clear open items
• Support collections and dunning activities
• Create sales orders in the system

General tasks:

• Execute month-end and year-end closing activities for AP/AR
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and process policies
• Provide audit documentation and keep SOPs and process maps up to date
• Work closely with Procurement, Controlling, Treasury and Supply Chain
• Drive continuous process improvement and automation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
• 2–4 years of hands-on AP/AR experience, preferably in a Shared Service or BPO environment
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Practical ERP knowledge (SAP advantageous)
• Fluency in written and spoken English
