Your responsibilities

• Independently manage installation projects replacing old heating systems with modern air-to-water heat pumps
• Work throughout the Berlin region with a fully equipped service van
• Supervise and support apprentices or trainees on site
• Collaborate closely with planners, logistics staff and customer service for efficient installations
• Contribute to continuous process improvements to boost efficiency through specialization and digitalization

What you bring

• Completed vocational training as a plant mechanic for HVAC with focus on heating technology or comparable professional experience
• Ideally prior experience installing heat pumps and a desire to specialize
• Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering the best results
• Comfortable in a modern, digital work environment and a team player
