Your responsibilities

• Independently plan and execute heating-system replacements with modern air-to-water heat pumps across Saxony/Thuringia
• Work from a fully equipped Aira van with eco-friendly fleet
• Mentor and coach apprentices or trainees on site
• Collaborate closely with planners, logistics and customer service for smooth operations
• Shape digital workflows and continuous improvement of our installation process

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as plant mechanic for HVAC (heating focus) or comparable installation experience
• Heat-pump know-how welcome but not mandatory – we will qualify you
• Strong customer focus and quality mindset
• Team player who enjoys modern, digital ways of working
