Your role

• Take full ownership of installing air-to-water heat pumps to replace old heating systems
• Service customers in your region with a fully equipped van
• Work in pairs with another technician or trainee
• Collaborate closely with planners, logistics and customer service
• Continuously improve processes through heat-pump specialization and digital planning

What you bring

• Completed vocational training as HVAC technician (SHK) with focus on heating technology or comparable experience
• Heat-pump experience preferred, willingness to specialize
• Strong customer focus and commitment to quality
• Enthusiasm for digital workflows and teamwork
