PreZero Service Mitte-West GmbH & Co. KG is looking for a Branch Management Assistant (f/m/d) at the Neuwied site.
Your responsibilities
- Office management: Independently organise daily business, coordinate appointments and correspondence, prepare presentations, minutes and reports, and represent the branch manager in his/her absence.
- Quality management & audits: Support the preparation and follow-up of audits (e.g. AMS, EfbV), maintain action plans and keep document management up to date.
- Training: Manage the entire training programme – from applicant selection and interviews to examination registration.
- Organisation: Arrange internal trainings, monitor deadlines for occupational medical examinations and handle official permits.
Your profile
- Completed commercial apprenticeship with initial experience in an assistant role.
- Very good MS Office skills; experience with SAP or document management systems (e.g. Quentic) is a plus.
- Vocational trainer certificate (AdA) or willingness to obtain it.
- Structured, communicative and independent working style; high reliability even in stressful situations.
