Role

• Inside the CGO Office you spot strategic topics together with all departments and drive end-to-end solutions.
• You own high-impact, cross-functional projects: scoping, planning and implementation from day one.
• With an analytical mindset and entrepreneurial drive you keep Enpal on its growth trajectory.
• You work directly with senior leadership and push operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Top degree (Bachelor/Master) in business, economics, natural or engineering sciences from a leading university.
• Up to 3 years experience in start-ups, top-tier consulting, VC or equivalent environments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; confident interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
• High quality standards, self-starter mentality and strong sense of ownership.
• Fluent German and English.
