Apprenticeship as Retail Sales Associate – Aalen (2026)

During your 3-year apprenticeship as Retail Sales Associate at Denns BioMarkt you will discover every area of our store – from ordering and presenting goods to advising customers on organic products. You actively support daily operations, handle cash registers, organise deliveries and storage, implement promotions and assist in sales campaigns. Shelf management, fresh-food counters, bistro and back-office will all become part of your routine.

Your tasks:

• create appealing displays of our organic food range
• provide knowledgeable, friendly customer service
• operate checkouts and balance cash registers
• execute advertising and promotional activities
• manage ordering, goods-in, quality checks and storage
• help plan and implement sales promotions and seasonal placements
