Retail Management Apprenticeship – Ansbach (2026)

During your 3-year retail management apprenticeship at Denns BioMarkt you will gain hands-on experience in every area of the store—from goods-in and attractive presentation of organic products to expert customer advice. You support daily operations at the checkout, help implement promotions and sales campaigns, and assist with ordering, quality control and stock management. Step by step you will take responsibility for shelves, the fruit & vegetable section, fresh-food counters (bakery, cheese), the bistro and administrative tasks in the back office. Your expertise in organic and sustainable products is continually expanded through our e-learning platform „Knowledge makes ORGANIC“.

Your responsibilities:

• eye-catching display and positioning of organic goods
• professional, friendly customer consultation
• operating the checkout and cash reconciliation
• implementing marketing measures
• ordering, goods-in, quality checks and storage
• supporting sales promotions and seasonal placements

What you bring:

• good school-leaving certificate (Hauptschule or Realschule)
• enjoy working with people and excellent manners
• team spirit, commitment and a sense of responsibility
• interest in organic and sustainability products
